CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY:
In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options for my guests, I do require 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less the 48 hours notice, a $25 per service cancelled fee does apply and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
No show appointments will be charged a $25 per service cancelled fee, as well as a rebooking fee of $50 for first time no show appointments. Second time, no show appointments will be charged a fee equal to the total service cost that was scheduled and all future appointments will require prepayment.
SERVICE RE-DO AND RETAIL RETURN POLICY:
I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 3 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue, within reason, at no additional cost and must be adjusted within 2 weeks of original service. Any adjustments must align with our original consultation. Adjustments that alter the original plan, or are requested more then 3 days later, will require full payment. There are no refunds on services provided.
Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 30 days from your initial purchase.
LATE APPOINTMENT POLICY:
If you happen to be running late, please contact me as soon as possible. If 15 minutes late or more, I will do my best to accommodate you, however, out of respect to all my guests with scheduled appointments, I cannot guarantee all or any of the services scheduled will be performed and may result in a $25 per service cancelled fee, in addition to a late fee of $35.
